This Ticket Covers the Tembo Deck. Here's How to Add the Tembo Galleria.
The ticket above gets you into the Tembo Deck at 350 meters, not the higher Tembo Galleria. If you decide on the day that you want to go up the extra 100 meters, you don't need a separate advance booking for it: you can add the Tembo Galleria upgrade at the counter once you're inside, and it slots you in sequentially right after your existing Tembo Deck entry time. That flexibility works in your favor if you're undecided, since paying for the upgrade only once you're already there and can see the weather and the crowds tends to be the less risky call.
Your Time Slot Is Fixed Once You Book
Tokyo Skytree tickets are tied to a specific date and entry time, and that reservation can't be changed afterward. There's no rescheduling to a different day or time slot, and cancellations for personal reasons aren't refunded. This matters more here than at attractions with flexible re-entry, since a change of plans on the day means the ticket simply goes unused rather than becoming a credit toward a later visit.
Full Wheelchair Access, No Booking Required
Unlike some of Tokyo's older or more historic sites, the Skytree complex was built with elevators throughout, so there are no towers or staircases to navigate around. A dedicated priority elevator on the Tembo Deck moves wheelchair users and strollers between levels, and the building keeps a small number of wheelchairs available for free use on a first-come basis, no advance reservation needed. Strollers can also be borrowed on-site, though supply is limited, so it's worth asking staff as soon as you arrive rather than partway through your visit.
